The mattress is itchy, the carpet on the floor is very dirty, the towels won't be replaced if you don't ask for them to be replaced. The hot water doesn't work, the bathroom is mossy.

The quality of the rooms is not commensurate with the price. The bathroom smells, the AC is hot, the pillow sheets look like they haven't been replaced (smells of drool). Meanwhile, other hotels with slightly lower prices can offer much better quality. If you are looking for comfort, it is not recommended to come here, it is too expensive compared to the quality you get. But if you are looking for a strategic location, you can choose it.

Good service. Access is right in town. The check-in and checkout process is easy and fast.

I was placed in the front building, the old building. The closet is yellow, the sink faucet needs repair, the condition of the room is gloomy.

I like the service and the food but the room is like the AC is not cold, the water in the shower net is very slow, not satisfying.

The writing has a bathtub, it turns out there isn't, in picture 1 there is a sofa in the room but there isn't any, that's all that's less satisfying, if the food is delicious and varied, the swimming pool is okay, the dining room is always attractive and clean

There is no soap, only 1 towel, the walls ring at night, and the shower is not optimal.

Bad water, towels are not provided, and tissue is not provided.

Menyenangkan. Kamar bersih, wangi. Meskipun interior sedikit lama. Makanan standard, menyehatkan, bagus sesuai value. Namun booking tamu 2 orang fasilitas yang tersedia hanya untuk 1 orang. Misal handuk sabun dll semoga next bisa disesuaikan dengan tamu dan bookingan dari tamu

Service is not satisfactory. the first check-in was given the key to the room that there are still people, drinks that only a small bottle of towels, only 1. The gravity of the spoon that I brought in may also think they have. Anyway, very dissatisfied to pay dearly but very disappointed.

The Bedroom is like romm in 1990's.. too old. need renovation more, the best one of this hotel is the breakfast menu.
