The staff is very ok, the lobby is very nice and there is luggage storage service. The downside is that the furniture is very old. The blanket is thin, the bed sheets are very itchy. Everything is old.

It is a nice place to stay.

The hotel is a walk away from many establishments in the city. There is no heater in the bathroom, but the water becomes warm after a few minutes. Staff are accommodating, too. Thank you for your service!

Nice and comfortable. Very easy and location is great for the city.

The room is nice and clean. Though, they don't have hotel slippers. The AC is cold, the lights are nice. The staffs are very professional.

The place is so accessible to public ang the room is clean but one thing is missing hot and cold water.

When we check in the room smells bad, and the bathroom trash bin is full of trash that I needed to go out for a while to request the housekeeping to clean the room again.

Very near to Colon and attraction sites.. Big room and super comfortable bed and pillows. Accommodating staff. Walking distance also to South Bus Terminal station if you prefer to go to Oslob the next day.

The location is great... it is just walking distance to the different restaurants, malls and some tourist spots. The people who manage the hotel were kind and accommodating. If given the chance to visit Cebu again, we would not mind staying at South pole Central Hotel once more. Thanks for making our stay there summer vacation in Cebu a memorable one.

Not ok comfort room. There are parts that have been taken

The bed are not good and the room has no blinds on the side of windows, the service is not yet good, you need to call them several times before they give you what your request, the breakfast is ok for me,

The location of the hotel is good. They offer the best service and the food are great. The room is clean yet need to improve on the cleanliness of the comfort room specifically the shower and the shower curtain. There were rusty showers and the curtain was a bit messy and brownish.

Good service and environment

The female front desk assigned was not courteous enough in dealing with guest. They should consider early check in on the time needed by guest. On our experience, we wanted to avail the early check in as early as 10 or 11am because we have to attend an event at 1pm and be back at 6pm..the front desk only granted us to check in at 12 noon even on our knowledge that a lot of guests already has checked out earlier than 9am,coz we were waiting at the lobby and just observing....

Budget friendly hotel. The staff are accommodating, the security is superb and the food, affordable and tasty. The room is clean. have got to come back soon.
