Stayed 1 night with my family in a family loft room. Overall, the location was good. Breakfast did not have many options. The room was perfectly clean, but the problem is the thumping sound from the room above us, which kept happening from 9 PM to 11 PM. I thought it was from another family room above us (maybe they have kids jumping around), but in the morning I checked, our room is on the 16th floor, the 17th floor is a ballroom/meeting room, and the 18th is a skybar. So I don't know where the sound is coming from. But overall, it's okay.

Parking is also convenient, as you can use the elevator, and there's a staff member to guide you, so you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. The hotel's location is easily accessible. We highly recommend staying here if you're in Bandung.
