Saya dapat kamar yang tidak sesuai pesanan karena kata pihak hotel, pihak OYO memasang harga dibawah harga yang seharusnya. Jadi saya yang awalnya pesan kamar tipe deluxe, begitu sampai di hotel akhirnya dapat kamar tipe standard (turun kelas). Foto yang saya lampirkan adalah foto tipe standard yang saya dapatkan. Padahal saya juga sudah tidak mendapatkan breakfast sesuai harga yang tertera. Saya mau komplain ke pihak hotel, alasan pihak hotel adalah mereka juga sama-sama rugi

Not bad. jasmine hotel. quite clean and affordable prices.

Close to eating places, the hotel location is easy access to the main roads.

Friendly and super speedy service if there are problems in the room. Isn't it like the old employees who were bitchy, sis? Alhamdulillah, new employees who are at least friendly? Lack of ordering a deluxe room but right in the hotel you get a superior one, not according to expectations, the others are good!

Standard 1 star hotel is quite comfortable.

Stay in a standard room with 2 beds. Rooms are quite spacious and clean. for a standard room down, shower only cold water. Breakfast is available in the front room near the lobby. Spacious car park and hotel yard.

The shower is broken, Wi-Fi cannot be accessed from inside the room, you have to leave the lobby.

The bathroom was less clean, the sink leaked.

for the size of Bontang city, the cost of living is high, this hotel is enough to save money. order an economy room, the building is behind. twin bed, air conditioning, private bathroom. get a towel. spacious car park. close to the city center and many food stalls on the right and left. near walnut waterpark.

Lack of lighting around the hotel, noisy atmosphere from guests next to the room.

The room was not clean, people aren't friendly, they spoke at high pitch and they knocked my room so hard everyday just to deliver the breakfast. They said my room would be cleaned everyday at 8 am but didn't happen, etc.

For the small town level, the rooms are actually quite decent but unfortunately there are some drawbacks such as the remote AC and TV not there, the number of rooms available. The site does not correspond to reality (I ordered on the economic delas site), Tryata arrived at the hotel class that was full. Finally I upgraded to a standard class besides that the sink was clogged. For breakfast, the yellow rice is not bad.
