The room was dated and quite small, as well as the bathroom. Bathroom walls were moldy and the hairdryer provided were old and damaged in some parts. Room had a musty smell same as with the carpeted hallways. The walls were thin, you can basically hear your neighbors’ door every time they close it and you can hear their conversations while passing through. Our sleep was not that good because the aircon was too cold at night even if in its lowest setting already. Breakfast was just okay. Overall, I think there are better hotels at this price range compared to Quest.

All the staff are friendly and approachable. Especially the guy who assisted us in our breakfast. We will definitely come back and stay here again. The rooms are new, clean, smells nice and well prepared. Thank you Quest Hotel Clark and Traveloka!

Staff are very courteous and the facility looks well kept.

Didn't expect this hotel to be extraordinarily good. calm and comfortable atmosphere. Good food, complete facilities. Suitable for business trips or holidays with family.

We had a lovely stay. Everyone was accommodating and the service was excellent. We would definitely go back.

Our toilet bowl in room 225 overflows when flushed. We reported it at once & request for a room transfer because it needs a thorough repair & cleaning. But we have to follow up 4x just so they can transfer us to another room.

they still have a lot to improve: serving in room dining and getting the correct in room orders, housekeeping procedures e.g. changing bed linens, the attitude of the hotel attendants and manner of approaching the guests

It was nice... the staff are nice and easy to deal with... my boss and her family enjoyed it too..
