The staff is friendly but the rooms and hotel atmosphere are not very comfortable

The staff is friendly, I left my phone but they kept it, helpful. You can swim and the kids can fish.

The hotel seems like being manage by family business which means the standards aren't really on point. For example, the bedroom door can't be locked without the key, the bathroom door also can't be locked. The water has a certain smell and I think it's the lake water. They also didn't provide flip flop despite the floor is dusty. If you can look pass all of these, it's a very nice place to stay and the view is 10/10!

Not recommended, there is no fan in the room, no air conditioning, the bathroom is filled with dirty water, no shower, no sink, the water is not clean, I stayed for 2 nights until I got a fever.

The hotel is right on the edge of Lake Toba. There is a water heater, clean bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, no AC because it is already cold in Toba.
