I have supposedly free breakfast but they said that they don't offer it anymore and was offered free instant coffee. They said to contact the application where I booked my reservation because they already advised you that free breakfast should be removed in the advertisement.

The hotel staff were friendly but the room and the toilet were totally not clean. I hope they disinfect the room and spray for anti-mosquito. Towels need bleaching.

I felt comfortable with their bed and pillows. Staff were accommodating. The property is not known by most of the locals but location is near the highway.

It was my 2nd time around staying in this hotel. My first experience was more comfortable compared now. The service was good however the aircon in my room was so irritating due to its loud sound. Also, the room was not so clean as compared to my previous stay.

The place is walking distance to St. Augustine Church, Gaston Park and Divisoria. A bit far from Gaisano & Centro Ayala Mall but there are establishments and eateries near the hotel. As first timers, we had difficulty looking for transportation coming from Agora Terminal going to the hotel but we were able to manage through the help of the locals. The place is perfect for tourist and vacationers...room is clean, aircon is functioning well and shower has heater. Their TV, though has cable, but very limited channels. Breakfast is included...very basic but good! One thing that worried me is that only few locals know about the tourist attractions in their place. When I ask for directions, I get different answers...so I have to ask thrice or more to get a correct answer (or probably I just asked the wrong persons). If looking for souvenir items, they will all tell you to go to Lim Ket Kai Mall. But I personally recommend you to go to Gaisano Mall...it's a lot cheaper and more designs to choose from.

Clean room, accommodating receptionist and its located at the center where food are served cheap. Breakfast is ok and they forgot to serve our coffee. Not bad for an overnight stay.

Casa Azucena is located within the city proper of CDO. A couple of minute ride to various mall and the price of the food are are budget friendly.

Room was clean. Staff was kind and courteous and polite. Service was great. Downside was that the toilet was clogged and the shower heater does not work. all in all we had a good overnight stay.

It's just okay, at least the room is clean. Only advise is that when they serve breakfast, food is.still hot.

I had a nightmare during our stay.

The room was good and the staff were able to answer all the queries as well.

It was a great experience to relax and enjoy the foods in casa azucena.

great comfort... competitive with other inn's at the heart of CDO.

A value for money. I am comfortable in the place. I will definely come back
