Adminnya terlalu jutek. Fasilitas yang ada di aplikasi tidak sesuai dengan realitanya, tertera di aplikasi basic room menggunakan AC, Pas mau check-in malah mau dikasih kamar yang menggunakan kipas. Pada akhirnya saya tetap dikasih kamar dengan fasilitas AC, meskipun sempat berdebat dulu sama adminnya. Tolong management nya diperbaiki, biar ga ada konsumen lain yang salah paham sama keterangan pada fasilitas kamar.
