Just checked in, after 30 minutes the lights went out and it was pitch black in the room, it was very scary... Lots of ants and cockroaches.

The room is pretty old and could use more maintenance, but space wise the size of the room is huge for a very reasonable price.

I booked an apartment. It was quite large, had a living room and kitchen, but I didn't get to take a shower because of that. The shower was only in the bathtub, but I tried to get in, but the bathtub was really dirty, and it was 5 a.m., OMG.

Coming home from Ragunan, I wanted to find a place to stay that wasn't far from there, with plenty of places to eat, both cheap and expensive, and the nights were livelier there, and after dinner, I took a hot shower and went to sleep. That's roughly what I expected to get here.

The room size is quite spacious, but the bathroom is not well maintained and is not very clean because black ants were found, the bathroom mat was torn, the room lights were flickering, and the check out time was too early at 11 o'clock, it should be better.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, like an old hotel but feels natural in the middle of the city at an affordable price.

the room is spacious and clean, although the interior is old, stayed in 2 rooms but the one on the 3rd floor seems rarely used, the 2nd floor is still ok, but it's good for sleeping/transit only, unfortunately the cafe opens at 10 so when swimming you can't order food, for water use the gallon outside, the parking lot is spacious and the check out time is too fast at 11.

The staff is friendly, the swimming pool is nice and comfortable.

The hotel is very dirty. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The parquet floor in front of the bathroom and the entrance is damp, with lots of black stains, and lots of gaps, as if it had been exposed to water for a long time and very disgusting. There are lots of black stains in the bathroom area. The toilet floor is also very dirty, with hair, dust and thread. The ceramic walls in the bathroom are moldy. The bathroom sink is worn out, with lots of stains and cracks. The table in the room is dusty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom door is rotten and can't be closed tightly. There are no additional plugs, so we had to unplug the TV. The sheets are full of stains and dirty. The basement parking area is very dirty and smelly. The receptionist wasn't on standby at the desk, so I had to wait a while, and was not very friendly. The plus side is, this hotel is very strategic and from the front it looks convincing. However, the hotel management should improve to renovate the hotel and improve the hotel facilities. Please improve the cleanliness.

The hotel is old but still comfortable and spacious, but cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the swimming pool area, there are lots of cigarette butts and empty drink bottles that haven't been cleaned up and there are leaks in the room.

Checkout is at 11, I wanted to leave my stuff for a while but couldn't (because check out was too early at 11, while I checked out at 9 and came back at 12). Why were they told to leave it at the security post? The reason was that if it was in the lobby, no one would see it. The bathroom was flooded, smelled of urine, there were no hotel slippers, etc. I got my own drinking water using a kettle outside the room.

I like this location Hotel and have a large room. But I didn't got tissue, sandal and tea in my room.

For the bathroom the hot water doesn't work. The faucet is broken. When I arrived there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Especially 311.

Worst hotel I've ever booked. Water handle broken. When taking a shower it leaks into the sink area. There are no curtains on the 3rd floor.

Old and unfriendly staff…. The security guard was indifferent, we had difficulty parking but still washed his motorbike. The parking lot smelled of gutters and cat poop. When we entered the room, there was trash behind the door. The floor was rotten and the room was damp. The bathroom was dirty. There was no cover for the waste disposal, the walls were dirty and dirty. The closet was dirty. There were no tissues. The sheets and towels were full of stains and dirty. The balcony was dirty… booked a room for 3 nights… we checked out on the first day… GONE WRONG. The hotel did not match the picture… Traveloka should have checked. So that we don't feel cheated

Very different from the photo. The bed sheets in the room didn't look like they had been replaced, they were damp. The floor has been damaged. The windows are dirty too. There is no amenitis, just a toothbrush with a little soap left. When the door was opened, suddenly a cat came into the room. Not worth it at that price.

Check-in time, the room was not ready even though it was already 14.30. Bath tub leaking. Want to heat water in the kettle. The teapot is very dirty inside. Drinking water must be taken outside by yourself. Thank You. Once and last stay here.

The AC is cold, don't have too high expectations.
