The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming when asked for assistance. Ordering food took a long time, even though it was just fried Indomie noodles and coffee. Breakfast lacked flavor.

I usually stay here, but this time I was quite disappointed. First, the Wi-Fi was working but there was no internet. And when I took a morning shower, the water was brown. I waited a long time for it to clear, then it was brown again, making my shower feel unclean. The price has gone up but the quality has gone down.

It's a shame that at that price, toothbrushes and towels aren't even provided, so those who initially wanted to become regular customers when visiting their children at the boarding school every month have to think twice.

The breakfast menu had very few options. Furthermore, food wasn't always readily available. Trays were filled in small increments, only to be refilled after a long time. This resulted in long waits, often leading to people skipping meals altogether, leaving them unsatisfied. Furthermore, the hotel area was small and not very spacious, making it boring.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall, the room amenities were good, but some things could use improvement, such as a broken tile floor and a better positioning of the soap dish closer to the shower.

The bedsheets and mattresses smelled of urine, there were lots of mosquitoes, I almost didn't sleep all night... other hotels at this price have AC and towels and toiletries, not here.

My family and I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in a Deluxe Room at Hotel Purnama Mulia Kuningan. There was nothing special about this hotel; it was simply a place for us to sleep before and after exploring Kuningan City. Do not expect too much or compare it to hotels in Jakarta or Bandung, where you can get better facilities for the same price than what Hotel Purnama Mulia Kuningan offers.

I haven't even had time to take any photos yet, but overall, it's recommended for access to tourist destinations in the Ciremai area, and it's not too far from the city center. Perhaps a suggestion would be to provide ashtrays on each lounge chair in front of the room.
