For 12 days the service was good, all the employees and managers were very friendly, the food was delicious, the location was strategic, the cleanliness could be improved a little more for now it's quite good. Next time I will stay at this hotel. Thank you so much.

Everything was good, close to Borneo Medical Center and lots of food around the hotel, and the mall was also nearby. The room was comfortable and clean😊

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Mr. Loid. The room was spacious and clean, and the room staff were responsive to customer requests such as toiletries, etc. The food was delicious, and the city was not far away, especially if you want to seek treatment at the nearby Borneo Hospital.

Paid for the price of RM160 but x such a price of RM160. TV problem, hard mattress. Staff is ok but service is not professional

The bathroom smells of urine. Just wash yourself with water and soap and the smell will go away.
