The location is very strategic and close to Yogyakarta's zero point. The service from the owner and staff is also very good and friendly. The hotel/lodging area is very comfortable with a homey atmosphere. However, the condition and facilities in the rooms need to be improved, such as the air conditioning which is old and a bit cold, the water pressure in the shower and jet washer is weak, and the rooms are not soundproof.

Bed & Bath accommodations are recommended. The bedrooms are comfortable and clean, and hot water is available for showers. The location is tucked away in an alley, yet close to the main road, Bringharjo Market, Malioboro Street, and Tugu Station.

It's cool and doesn't disappoint. I'd recommend it to friends visiting Yogyakarta. It's close to the city center and easy to get everywhere. It's that much fun. Thanks.

To Malioboro, just walk 5-10 minutes, it's not far. It's easy to find food, go to the pharmacy, the Alfamart hospital is very close, it's very comfortable, the rooms are clean, the most important thing is that the water is good, there's hot water too. The AC is also great.

Alhamdulillah, I was very happy staying at the homestay, it was very comfortable, especially the atmosphere and the friendly owner, and I left the children in the room several times because they were not feeling well and he was very helpful and checked on my children, because they were still small. Access to Malioboro, zero kilometer, to the Sonobudoyo museum is also close, just walking distance, there are many stalls around that make it easy to buy snacks or breakfast. Tempatnya masuk gang, tetapi bersih dan tidak jauh dari jalan utama. Untuk homestay, pemiliknya ramah, ruang tamu dan kamar bersih, hanya kamar mandi yang perlu ditingkatkan kembali kebersihannya. Air minum dan handuk sudah disediakan. Perlengkapan mandi kita harus menyiapkan sendiri. Tidak jauh dari homestay ada warung.

If we just want to drink hot tea in the morning, we have to buy it from a stall around the settlement, then it's also difficult to take a shower, the bathroom is small and the shower water is so small that it's really difficult to take a shower, it's provided. bucket, again the bucket is also very small, so it's really hard for me to take a shower because it's all wrong.
