The Hotel location is idealy for me. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. they even prepare coffee and snacks at the lobby for customers. Room is nice and spacewalk ok. The only thing is need to improve the toilet accessories. shower holder, bidet and door need to fix. According to the reception the hotel are doing the upgrade phaae to phase will come back again.

This hotel has a good location, services by the staff, and foods.. but they really need to improve to maintain their facilities such as hot shower in room 501.. hope they will improve on that by next time...

The location of this hotel is very strategic. Overlooking the main road is Jln Batu Pahat. Friendly & friendly front office staff. A simple breakfast menu is well worth the price. Beautiful deco. The room is very comfortable with an air-cond that can prevent us from waking up. We booked for 5 rooms. Many, many reasons come to celebrate your son's wedding. I can recommend you to stay at this hotel comfortably.

Everything is okay. The receptionist is good. The room has no problem. Good wifi connection. But there are one-two things that need to be improved to make it even more satisfying. Please provide kokocrunch in the breakfast menu 😁

Reasonable price, room ok, location close to town plus can free breakfast :) Breakfast is very tasty & quite a choice. The welcoming Malay receptionist is also nice & friendly smile. But maybe some things need to be improved like: 1. Separate smoking room & non smoking room. Our room is very strong smell of cigarettes so that back to washing clothes and clothes still smelling cigarettes. 2. Channel TV is a bit overwhelmed by the fact that I have to pay a little & stay shortly. 3. Parking also if possible added. If not added, provide parking with free tokens as well as other hotels. 4. Receptionist hotel chinese (probably hotel owner) is not very friendly. May be able to learn with the Malay staff who welcome us. 5. Aircond is a bit slow. May need to be maintained Everything is ok. We got the room with no window. The carpet looked as if it aged 50 years. The breakfast was really bad. They served fried noodles and noodles soup which were tasteless
