It's 2:30 PM and I still can't check in, and the room isn't ready. The front desk is empty, understaffed, and the receptionist is also cleaning the room because there are so many people waiting in line.

I wanted to check in, but the room wasn't ready even though it was already 3:30 PM. The lights had been out for an hour and a half, and the generator ran out of fuel. I had to wait outside before the lights came back on. There were mosquitoes and it was hot. Despite the nice hotel and good price, it's a shame the service was less than satisfactory.

The door to our room was broken, so we had to go in and out through the next room. We ended up upgrading to a deluxe room because the one I'd booked was sold out.

I once had a bad experience at a hotel where another guest entered my room because the receptionist wasn't paying attention while authorizing key access. But the hotel didn't apologize.

The room was clean, even though I was a bit skeptical from the parking lot to the lobby. It's just that noise from the next room and outside is quite audible. Otherwise, it's worth it for families, especially those with babies.

The hotel lobby smells bad, the elevator is old and makes noises, it's rarely maintained, the hotel room smells, the windows are dusty and the pillowcases are dirty and smell of someone's hair, it seems like they haven't been changed, and the sheets are covered in dust and stains, and the sheets feel cold, it seems like they're reused and not replaced. Very disappointed.
