Thank you for the helpful service from the receptionist during check-in. Location: Excellent, close to the Chinatown MRT. A 2-3 minute walk to the hotel, then exit MRT (A) and head straight to Street Market Chinatown. The staff were very friendly and clean. They even helped me carry my heavy luggage down the stairs since there's no elevator. This was very helpful. If I have business in Singapore next time, I'll return to this hotel. Thank you. Suggestion: Maybe a fan could be installed in the bedroom, as the room felt less cool with the curtains closed.

Feels like college dorm all over again! I was on female only dorm. The room is quiet so I can rest. In the night I forgot to lock the shoe locker, and in the morning I found out my sandals were gone. I was about to complain to the frontdesk, but when I check the trashbin, my sandals were there — somebody must be threw it away!! The area is clean & there’s a no food no drink policy inside the room. The biggest downside is that the bathroom is outside of the bedroom area. So I have to bring my bag of clothes across the reception area, to the bathroom. Good news is the reception isn’t that crowded. Very strategic location to the Chinatown MRT. I had a good night sleep.

The hotel staff is friendly and can leave your luggage after checking out.

The curtain equipment at the bed is broken. The shoe cabinet has a broken code lock. Some staffs are lovely and helpful. The location is very good. There are few seats to eat and it is cramped, but overall, compared to the price, it is very good.

Really love this capsule hotel! the bed is comfy, clean, for me it was spacious for 1 person to rest, perfect! although they have shared bathroom, the bathrooms it self is so clean, they routinely clean it. the loc is at the central chinatown, 3 minutes walk to MRT Chinatown Station

The room I booked had a problem. The air conditioner wasn't cool. But the staff upgraded me to a bigger room and took very good care of me.

It's better to use the lift facility

good location close to mrt and bus stop easy to go anywhere, there is a place to eat across cube. for the room is not too high and narrow, enough if only for sleeping. breakfast is boring every day noodles, bread, eggs. overall if only for sleeping and looking for cheap price in singapore is enough

This is my 2nd time staying here. Best capsule hotel in Singapore, with the cleanest bathroom and complete amenities. Less than 5 minutes walk to Chinatown MRT, and roughly 7 minutes walk to Maxwell MRT. Best area to stay, and the staffs were so helpful. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Very convenient transportation, near Exit 1 of Chinatown (Smith Street) MRT, easy to find food (downstairs is Liao Fan Hawker Chan). Good bed, soft pillow, but still some noise. If I go back again, I might choose to stay here.

Breakfast is simple but the kitchen is a bit small, long wait. The bedroom is clean but sharing a room will not give you privacy. The staff is enthusiastic and supportive! If you just need a central place to sleep overnight, this is a pretty good choice.

For a budget traveller I recommend this capsule, MRT station is just few minutes. Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. Simply Breakfast are provide every morning 7-10 o clock.

Bathroom need more maintenance, women hard to climb, plis give the lower side bed for the woman cust. Breakfast good, man staff good.
