Good value for money. Located near Supermall. Walking distance to the dining area. Quite clean. Safe because it's in a housing cluster with security guards. Bathroom and bed are quite good. It's like a boarding house.

I highly recommend this place. From the moment I entered the location, I passed through security and was asked for money for coffee. Upon check-in, the staff was unfriendly at all. The room didn't match the photos; the AC wasn't cold, the room was cramped, and the window was broken. The bathroom was the worst: the shower head was badly damaged, as was the shower jet. The soap was only packaged in a water bottle. If the shower jet was opened, the bathroom floor flooded due to a leak. Finally, when I tried to check out at dawn, there were no staff on duty. For this price, there are many more affordable accommodations.

The hotel staff was extremely unfriendly and complicated. The water gun and toilet were broken. The AC wasn't cold, and the room smelled musty.

So far the staff is nice. But the room is aww... 1. The room can't be locked from the outside, the turnout door hinge on the outside is broken. If you want to get in, you have to ask the security staff to help open it. 2. The shampoo dispenser is empty, only soap is left. So it's better to buy from the minimart, it's also close.

The staff has no attitude, the room smells and is messy, the bathroom is dirty and the sink has little water.

The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable and quiet, with large, clean deluxe rooms, clean towels and sheets. Cons: No Smart TV, slightly dirty refrigerator, poor Wi-Fi signal, lack of soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Hopefully, the amenities will improve in the future. They will also be able to quickly fix the shower head, which had a broken handle, and the soap dish that was almost falling off in room 107. Because of this incident, I was moved to room 105.

Friendly and flexible staff, comfortable rooms

The hotel is strategically located and family-friendly. Please fix the room doors so that cards can be used to enter and exit the room. The door to the room we got yesterday didn't work properly, so we couldn't leave safely and comfortably. The trash can isn't emptied promptly, even though it's already overloaded. The shower hose should be fixed to make it more comfortable and water-efficient.

The place is nice, but it's time for the rooms to be renovated... especially the bathroom (the tap is leaking, the sink tap has a small outlet, the bathroom partition glass needs to be repaired)
