We slept 4 nights at Coco grove. After our arrival we had a very bad room what smells and everything was dirty. There was no hot water in the shower. We asked for a new room. And we get a better room. During the time that we slept in Coco grove our room is not cleaned once! The staff is ok, but not really friendly and helpful. The shower in the room had warm water but there was just a little bit coming out of the shower, it was impossible to wash your hair. For the money what you have to pay a night it is absolutely not worth that money.

We stayed in a fan room and still find the place enjoyable enough to stay. The bathroom is big, unfortunately water overflows and when we ask for them to clean it they did it immediately and find the place clean after our Island tour.

complete details of room booked was not specified in the description. room is only a fan room for the cost of air-conditioned rooms with other accommodations. we should not have booked it if it says in the details that we are only having a fan room. was really disappointed.

The staffs there were so accommodating and very nice. They will treat you like family. We really had an awesome stay.
