Nice holiday, good service.

When I want to check in, the clerk doesn't want to wake up, it's annoying. Bad service.

Not according to expectations boarding boarding houses feel, in modern times the tv is still convex, how come many are cheaper than other places but the facilities are ok, use ac, screen tv is listed, the bathroom uses a shower, if you want to compete and the hotel is more crowded please pay attention to the facilities and comfort of the guests, thank you.

Not according to expectations, lack of comfort, lack of lighting, old hotel conditions.

Like at home. The interior design is like a house so when you enter you feel safe.

Comfortable rooms, economical prices and located right in the city of Mataram.

The hotel is good, the price is right, the rooms are nice, clean, the hotel staff is good.

For the price of Rp. 250,000, the room was dull, rather dirty, toilet was clogged, the air conditioner was leaking, the pillow was hard making my neck hurt.

Hotel rooms are a bit cramped, lighting isn't great, service is good.

The description listed on the website does not match reality. When I want to check-in, I can't enter the room because the room's lights are off (no switch.) Though we have a long way to go and want to take a break soon. TV provided in the room is also not okay.

The place is quite neat, clean, and comfortable.

Uncomfortable, lacking lighting and uncomfortable bathroom

Inside the room is quite nice, just a little cramped aja room, in front of the room there are chairs but because the chairs are still in the room, it feels less comfortable aja, not directly accessible with the outside air, the atmosphere is like home really.

Lights off, no toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and shampoos available. Only at 08.00 the food is gone
