I booked two rooms and requested connecting rooms. Due to limited space, we couldn't get a connecting room and were given rooms 1625 and 1619.
When we entered the room, it felt hot, probably because the AC wasn't working optimally.
However, something very unpleasant happened while using the toilet.
In room 1619, the toilet was disgusting, still not clean, and there was still urine residue in it. We complained, and the staff took a long time to resolve it. Finally, we were moved to room 1617. Okay, the problem was resolved.
From the afternoon to evening, we noticed that the AC in room 1625 wasn't cold. We thought it was because it had just been turned on, so we moved to 1617 and waited for the room to cool down. But they didn't visit until 8:00 PM. We complained again, just as before, and the staff took almost 45 minutes to process.
In the end, we were just told to move rooms. Imagine, we wanted to be happy, but from the start, we were disappointed! We wanted to extend our stay, but we didn't because it was incredibly disappointing from the moment we entered the room until we rested!
And we had a small child and an elderly person in a wheelchair who had to move around!
The breakfast menu was incredibly chaotic. There was limited seating, long waits for food refills, and the only two flavors available were salty and bland! The only ones I liked were Indomie Soto and Bawang.
The lady was tired of complaining and receiving no compliments, so we decided to check out and move to a better hotel!
