Comfortable, clean, close to the crowd, within budget

The room is clean but there are mosquitoes. 3. I'm too lazy to report it. I'm making peace with the mosquitoes. The facilities are okay. Only the tap water is flowing and the bottom of the sink is leaking. So it's wet. The building needs maintenance.

Breakfast was not woken up, key money was not returned.

This hotel is located right in front of DEO Sorong airport...standard hospitality, fast check-in time, everything is standard and good, even the staff escorted us to our room...but when we arrived at the room, the floor was dusty, especially under the bed, oh my, it was really dusty...standard bathroom...some good things are the room is not noisy so we can rest peacefully and the TV broadcasts are many and bright, plus there is a service to drop us off to the airport by car, just pay 10 thousand from the hotel...for the price of 700, it's actually not worth it...but maybe it can be lowered again or if you really want the price like that, you can make it the standard of the hotel next door (fav) with a similar price or add 300 and you can get a hotel right next door... Hopefully in the future the hotel management can improve even more...

Good service. Direct access in front of the airport. Overall, it is recommended for transit.

Plug away from the bed

I'm the happiest staying at this hotel, the check-in process is always easy, even if it's 11:00 in the afternoon, I can just check in. The receptionist is friendly. I've stayed at this hotel since 2019, twice in 2022 and then in 2024. I only stayed at this hotel for breakfast. On my tongue, everything is good

Staff friendly, breakfast ok. Can be late co. Transfer to airport is free. The bathroom is ugly, the ceiling is about to fall.

Old fashioned hotel, big rooms but, no wifi, today there are no wifi facilities, really bad, not worth the price! The AC is not cold/only blows, the technician reported the same thing. Give up staying here, big not recommend.
