A Rp 500,000 deposit is required in cash or credit card. I was a bit surprised because I didn't expect the hotel to ask for a deposit. Check-out service wasn't express either. Other than that, everything was fine.

The hotel has a nice ambiance, clean an tidy but i can only checkin by 3:30 pm they upgrade my room and thanks for that but unfortunately my room was very noisy because there was like a machine or compressor outside the room that made noise all day long! I couldn’t sleep well!

The AC keeps turning off. The technician tried to fix the problem, but it didn't work. It got really hot and uncomfortable.

Enjoyed my stay in the gunawarman, especially due to its very strategic and convenient location. Lacking in facilities but the vibe and ambience is a major plus. Recommended!

It was an awesome staycation at The Gunawarman! Love it Good location, good food, and good services! I am surprised with the welcome drink! We can even choose the beveragesthe breakfast is also good! We love ala carte portion complete meals with juice and coffee Thank you for the hospitality and love the cookies in the room as well! 🙏

the room is okay and comfortable, the only problem is the parking, the rest is great... the staff is also friendly, oh when checking in it's like being in a restaurant, so it's a bit strange

It was a pleasure to stay here for my business trip. Luxurious feel, comfortable bed. The hotel owner seems to have taste in his vibe. But I was disturbed by the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I don't know where it came from, and cigarette smoke in the breakfast area (even though the room has air conditioning). This hotel is still primitive regarding the smoking area rules. Recommended for business or official trips, but not recommended for families. Especially those with small children. The staff is very helpful, the taste of the food is not in doubt.

Couldn't sleep well because there was a terrible sound that I guess is from the aircon.

The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and clean. Really enjoyed staying in here.

Room was quite big. The AC was cold, the bathroom was quite spacious. The TV was already a smart TV with Netflix & YouTube. The bed was also comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice too, you could choose what you wanted from the menu book. The staffs are all great n helpful. Wouldn’t mind going back to spend a night here!
