Stayed 2 nights at Khas Hotel with breakfast that had many similar menus, for example: donuts, fried rice, red bean soup, and cakes. The taste was okay, but it would get boring if it was always the same. The small swimming pool was only suitable for children to play in, but the smoking area smelled very strongly of cigarettes. In the bathroom, mold grew on the wood where the amenities were. Upon check-in, the room was immediately available. The hotel staff was friendly.

What I like most is that the hotel provides clean prayer equipment in every room. There is also a kids' corner. Hopefully, the play facilities for children can be improved. Thank you, khas hotel.

We had breakfast at 09.15 but the food was already finished and not refilled, when we asked for it to be refilled but we waited for 15 minutes and it was not refilled even though what we asked for was only pasta which was cooked in 3-5 minutes. In the end, we didn't have breakfast because we had to go to the airport immediately... please be respectful and fast in your service...

The hotel's location is quite strategic in the heart of Semarang. At night, there are many street food vendors near the hotel area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing the hotel needs to address is the water in the swimming pool, which seems murky.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and the lobby smells soothing. The service was also satisfactory, with a warm welcome and send-off. A small suggestion would be to provide an iron for guests to borrow if needed. Otherwise, it's great. Keep it up!
