for that price it's really cool, the room is clean, the facilities in the room are all functional, I will stay here again if I go to Jogja, the price is cheap but not cheap 😍😍oh yes, I stayed here for 5 days

Not Bad. There is only 1 thing that is odd, maybe because of lack of communication or that is the standard. Stayed here for a few days, but did not get a water refill or asked whether the room would be cleaned every day. It would be a shame, staying for days without any communication from the staff on standby. Overall it is ok if it fits the budget

Thank you for your review and good score :) Regarding water refill, we provide dispensers on each floor so you can refill water freely, for bottled mineral water is a welcome drink from us sis. And to clean the room, you can request sis from the guest to the receptionist and it will be done directly by our staff :) We are waiting for your return sis :)

Yes, it's comfortable for families, it's not noisy, maybe the service is friendlier, and as a staycation, the Traveloka application never disappoints... so there's no need to ask whether you've booked it yet, even though you've definitely booked it before the big day. The initial impression was a bit uncomfortable a few times, but it's okay.

A little explanation sis, our staff has an SOP at the beginning to ask where the guest has booked from because it is to match the data entered in our system. The mother and father are very kind, we should have checked in at 14.00 but they allowed us to check in earlier because we were confused about what to do while waiting for check in. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, the water heater is safe, 2 towels, soap and shampoo are provided, 2 bottles of drinking water are provided, and we can also borrow cooking and eating utensils, it's very comfortable, next time I want to stay here again, thank you, mother and father🫶🏻🫶🏻

Close to the city, the staff is friendly, but we stayed here for 2 days, on the 2nd day it wasn't cleaned anymore and we weren't given new drinks. The rest is okay.

I really like the staff, they are very friendly, clean, when bringing a baby they will bring a baby bath, the AC and hot water also work well. If I go to Jogja, I will definitely come here again. Awesome

Before 12 o'clock, I was asked to take out my belongings and it was said in a very unpleasant tone of voice, even after I left, the entrance door was closed loudly. If it was past 12 o'clock, it would be understandable although it would still be rude. But it wasn't even 12 o'clock. It's a shame because the facilities are quite complete with cheap prices and clean. Thank you for the experience. I've never had an experience like this.
