The service at check-in was excellent. The staff were friendly. Throughout our stay, the breakfast menu was varied, and check-out was quick and hassle-free. So, for those of you looking to stay at the Parma Paus Hotel, I highly recommend it. Thank you.

The toilet is clogged and the button cannot be flushed, the water drain is clogged, the toilet for washing the face is clogged, the trash is not thrown away, the room is small, noisy, the breakfast takes a long time to refill, the staff are friendly, the security guards are friendly, just need to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities so that they don't get clogged, so if you want to defecate you don't have to queue in the lobby toilet.

The location is close to everywhere and there are lots of food stalls next to the hotel. Only the car park is narrow.

The rooms and toilets are clean... the parking area is also very spacious.

The service staff was excellent. It was pouring rain when I arrived at the front of the hotel, and the security guard picked us up with an umbrella and escorted us one by one to the hotel lobby. The service was really great :)))

all sides are okay, but I got a room that didn't have a window, so it was boring in the room

I went out for a moment in the morning to look for something. When I returned, the room was open and the sheets were gone. They had already started cleaning it. Even though I hadn't checked out yet.
