The hotel is good, there are lots of kid-friendly facilities, so you don't need to go anywhere else to spend time, just spend the day at the hotel.

The hotel is fun and very comfortable for a family vacation.

A wonderful stay with the family. Great hotel with a nice view and atmosphere, friendly staff, and great outdoor activities for the kids.

First time staycation here, the experience was quite satisfying starting from the friendliness that almost all the staff always greeted me without discrimination because I was touring by motorbike.. for the room, the first time I opened it, in my opinion for a 5-star class, there should be no more musty smell or other smells but rather air freshener that I should have smelled first.. the bathroom needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness, especially at the bottom of the bathtub because it feels like sand, then another improvement is in the clogged sink drain hole causing water to stagnate, under the bathroom door, water also stagnate even though there is a water drain, the curtain also malfunctioned and could not be raised or lowered.. for the comfort of the room, there was still a loud noise occasionally from above, and the floor was still not clean.. but all of that was a big problem for me, I only gave advice to the hotel to pay attention to these detailed things in the future.. and for me, all of that was paid off with the view and good experience during my stay at Le Eminence..

Very good, very well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I ordered a junior suite on the 10th floor with a direct view of the hills, river, and everything green. No need to turn on the AC, the room feels very cool, especially at night when it's deliciously cold. My eyes, ears, and heart feel pampered and I'm very happy. I will never regret checking in here again. Thank you also for the warm regards for my honeymoon. Love Sekebon to all the hotel staff who are very kind and friendly and always greet customers.

I've stayed here twice, always very happy! The room is clean & smells really good, the bathroom is very clean, the room facilities are complete from amenities, refrigerator, coffee machine etc. The TV is also a smart TV that can open YouTube, Netflix etc! What I love most is the view from the balcony, it's the BEST for relaxing & healing!! The staff service is also great, friendly & helpful! Basically, I won't regret coming here, if possible, every time I go to Puncak I want to stay here🤭 I hope the quality is always maintained🫶🏻

The place is great. It's very spacious. It's cool, and there are lots of activities for families too.

Always be the best accommodation

For a 5-star hotel, my family and I found the food served at the restaurant for breakfast to be lacking a good balance of salty flavors. Perhaps the chef could improve the flavors of all the dishes in the future.

Comfortable room, large bathtub, smart TV, coffee maker, unfortunately no carpet on the floor. Breakfast has a wide selection and is delicious. Children over 5 years old are charged 110. Kids-friendly and has a nice jogging track, a natural and beautiful atmosphere.
