Despite being a 4-star hotel, it was worse than a regular guesthouse. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the floor was dirty, the toilet door was cracked/had holes in it, and the bedsheets smelled musty and damp. I was so satisfied with my stay at Muong Thanh Nha Trang, but I was equally disappointed at Mui Me.

Okay, it's a decent place to stay, breakfast is normal, it's spacious and comfortable, and the prices are reasonable.

The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Clean room, limited breakfast, large and clean swimming pool, near the sea.

The staff was quite nice, especially a female staff named Tuyen at the restaurant who served dinner and breakfast for our family. The breakfast food was quite poor and not very delicious. But the room was quite bad, the room reeked of bleach, old towels and the smell of bleach. The hallway used essential oils that seemed to be of poor quality so it smelled very bad. The road in front of the hotel was under repair so it was quite bad.

Old room not renovated, inconvenient bathroom with only bathtub and no shower

Very very bad. I booked 2 Triple rooms (3 people room) for 2 nights but the hotel only provided amenities for 2 people. I complained but the hotel was silent and did not resolve the issue. The room was dirty and full of hair. The room was cleaned but the bathroom was very dirty and had hair. When I checked in, the floor was also dirty. There were no tissues in the room area. When I booked, I had arranged 2 rooms next to each other but when I checked in, they gave me 2 separate rooms. While the 2 rooms next to the door were both Triple rooms, they were not arranged. If I had known Muong Thanh's phone number to complain, I would have written a complaint letter. Very very bad, especially the receptionist and housekeeping staff. The housekeeping staff provided 2 bottles of water and 2 towels. I said the room was for 3 people, but the housekeeping said the room for 2 people was big so they only gave me that much, if I asked for more, they would give me more. The person who cooked pho and eggs at the hotel had an attitude, as if she was asking for it.

The hotel looks old and the food is too small and not diverse.

The breakfast buffet is not diverse yet, the TV is old.

Friendly staff, room door is warped

The hotel's interior and space are all old. The TV only shows normal channels, can't watch Youtube or other applications. Outside the room, the carpet is very dusty. The room's yellow lights are dim and not bright. The breakfast is small and bad, not delicious. The staff is enthusiastic and cute. Compared to a few years ago, I was satisfied, but now the quality has degraded. The hotel should upgrade all the furniture. The staff is very okkk

The swimming pool is super large, and probably the area I'm most satisfied with at the resort. The beach is high and clean.

Breakfast buffet is quite monotonous, few dishes

The hotel is located right in the center of Mui Ne, close to the sea, so it is extremely convenient for walking and exploring local cuisine.

The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly, the rooms smell damp, old and degraded.

my family had a short vacation in phan thiet and chose muong thanh hotel the staff was enthusiastic and friendly, i got a free room upgrade, but the room still had a musty smell, the room facilities and amenities were all downgraded compared to my previous experience

Everything about the resort is pretty good, however the breakfast buffet is monotonous, nothing delicious or attractive except for the coffee.

The reception staff and service were very attentive. My family rented 3 rooms and had a great stay at Muong Thanh. Thank you Muong Thanh and the staff.

The pool area lights are too dark, the cleaning staff sits around the pool at night but still throws in pool cleaning chemicals, causing a very unpleasant smell. They don't dilute the chemicals, which is very unprofessional. The breakfast food is not diverse.

Very satisfied with the reception staff and room service.
