This hotel may have been nice in its day, but now it needs a lot of renovation and repairs. Some of the power outlets are sticking out of the wall, the TV is basically there but useless because the remote doesn't work, the picture is blurry. The AC is quite cold but takes a long time to cool down. The gypsum under the AC has holes and drips water, there is an LED light cable near the clothes hanger that is peeling, I'm afraid of getting electrocuted when hanging clothes there. The toilet neck is wobbly because there is a loose bolt, one room looks gloomy and even though I ordered a non-smoking room, there is a faint smell of cigarettes, I don't know what... but the staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is also less than appealing in terms of quantity, variety, and taste, luckily you can still order an omelette. Good location

The room was clean, but there was sand under the bed if you accidentally stepped on it. There were a few clumps of hair under the blanket when you first opened it. The food was delicious and the variety was quite good. The infused water was delicious, unlike the plain infused water at other hotel breakfasts. At Khas Hotel, the infused water had a hint of lime juice, making it more refreshing and fragrant.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. However, the lighting, with its design, wasn't bright enough for us. But it's okay. Next time we go back to Gresik, God willing, we'll stay here again.

The company camping towels were shabby and unusable. Amenities had to be requested; toothbrushes weren't even provided. Prayer robes were available, but dirty. There was no refrigerator. There was no liquid soap in the restroom.

The room was damp, the paint was peeling and the sheets smelled musty.

All the facilities are good, the hotel is comfortable and if there is an event in Gresik again, I want to stay here again

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Gresik. It's clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out are quick. The shower water is strong enough, but the towels need to be replaced. The breakfast menu is quite varied.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and Muslim-friendly. Rooms are equipped with prayer mats and mukenahs. Breakfast is also delicious.
