Child-friendly hotel, good facilities, varied breakfast.

Stayed at Rubicon 5, a 2-bedroom villa. A gas stove, cooking utensils, and plates were provided. The facilities were good, but because the upper floors were wooden, you could hear people walking upstairs. The reception, restaurant, and game facilities were good.

We loved staying at JSI, the kids didn't want to leave. We stayed in a Cherokee tent, and the atmosphere was cool and quiet. One night, the AC leaked, and the staff immediately came to fix it. Continued success at JSI Resort.

The hotel environment is comfortable and spacious, there is a lot to explore, there is a shuttle car to and from the room, which makes it easier, and the views offered at the hotel are also beautiful.

Cherokee 1 is super noisy because it's next to a residential area, so the residents' exhausts are coming uphill next to the rooms, and it happens often, early in the morning, around 6-7 AM. And when it rains heavily, it's like thunder. Small animals can get in the tents, so if you're afraid of insects, just get a tight one. Line up at the reception. There's no line, no system. It's like a bullfight. Even though they know it's crowded, it's still there. Management doesn't care. This place isn't cold at all, it's just cool because the air is clean.

Resort was clean, room was spacious, but during check-in the receptionist was very slow. They should have anticipated that there will be a long line during holiday season and make the check-in process faster than usual. There were 4 check-in desks (1 was additional) but the waiting line was still too long. Had breakfast at the hotel, lots of varieties to choose from - breads and jams, pancakes, fruit and salad bar, western and indonesian cuisine but unfortunately most of the food is salty especially the vegetables. Overall, it was a nice stay and staffs were friendly.

The view from the hotel room is very nice, beautiful. The surrounding air is still fresh. The hotel room is clean and spacious. Stayed in the Grand Gladiator type.

- Saat registrasi jam 12.00, dan resepsionis bilang bhw sy baru bisa check ini jam 15.00 dgn alasan ‘high season’, ini jelas merugikan konsumen - Dan setelah sy check out, sekitar 1,5jam, dimana sy sudah dalam perjalanan pulang , sy dihubungi pihak resepsionis dan berkata bhw mnrt tim house keeping ada handuk yg terbawa dan diminta sy membayar sesuai aturan. Sy bilang, bhw sejak masuk di villa tidak ada satupun handuk yg diberikan. Dan karena kami sekeluarga bawa handuk masing2, kami juga tidak minta. Bgm mungkin sy diminta utk membayar biaya handuk, padahal tidak ada satupun handuk yg diberikan ?? Cukup sudah, ini terakhir kali sy nginap di resort ini.

All okay, satisfied spending time here. Please improve the check-in process at the same time so it's faster and doesn't have to wait long.

I really enjoyed staying at JSI. The location is strategic, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are very friendly, the food is great, it's very kid-friendly, the swimming pool and children's play area are complete, plus there's a mini zoo too. Staying here is really addictive.

Comfortable resort, breakfast with a wide menu

everything is okay, the suggestion is that the swimming pool area be expanded and there are too few toilets in the swimming pool

The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and according to request, the children also enjoy staying here because there is a mini zoo and a play area.

Dirty room and greeted by blackout

The location is in front of my room. Gladiator 3bb 😃😃😃 The water was off for 8 hours, the hot water was off for 24 hours, many of the dinner buffet menus were sold out, the shrimp were no longer edible hahaha

Friendly staff, enjoyable experience with kids. Would be better if riverside camping is available

It's really cool, I just want to give some input for the mini zoo to have more animals and maybe because the area is too big but it's a bit quiet, the facilities that can be visited and enjoyed.

Hotel is Good. Hotel Staffs are friendly. Food for breakfast was just ok. lots of variance but just average for it's quality. Book in Cheroke tent, when arrival for 1st time, found smelly in the room. the smell is not fresh. and it's effect to all night during rest time. 2nd day after refresh and all day Air Con ON. the smell is better. fun for Children, for having activity outdoor. buggy car service is superb, ready for pick up as soonest from Tent area to Lobby.

I've stayed here twice and always eat the candied nutmeg and young mango.. Awesome!
