I think staying at JSI was definitely worth it. The facilities are complete, the hospitality is good, the buggy is always available, and the breakfast is delicious. I'll definitely plan another trip to JSI. It was truly a memorable experience ^^

For those who want to pray, JSI provides a prayer room in the lobby. Each room also has a Qibla direction indicator. There's also a mosque in front of JSI's entrance. We were able to check in early, perhaps because it was a weekday. We stayed at Willys 1, and at night there was some noise, likely from a neighbor's TV outside JSI. Willys is located near the perimeter fence, though. On weekdays, there are no jeep shows or communal activities, so it's rather quiet at night.

My family vacation on my son's birthday was fun and very memorable. There were many children's activities that I hadn't seen all of. One day wasn't enough; I should have had two to explore everything. The staff were very friendly and responsive, always helpful and served me wholeheartedly. I especially got a special villa upgrade in Hummer 9. Oh my God, the place was spacious and clean. Next time I stay again, I'll definitely upgrade, beautiful lady.

This is my 3rd experience staying here and now there is an outdoor playground, very nice and comfortable.

The hotel's facilities are comprehensive and comfortable, with entertainment available every weekend.

Everything is very good, but in Cherokee type accommodations there is sometimes still noise pollution from the surrounding environment, so it is a bit disturbing when sleeping at night.

For my first stay here, it was great. The service was also good and fast. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

There are only a few rooms that are damaged.

The rooms are nice. I tried the large terrace, but it took up a lot of space. The AC, refrigerator, toilet, etc. all functioned well. The breakfast menu was sparse and the taste was unexceptional, and the price was very high, not meeting expectations. Please adjust the food and price accordingly.

Comforting! Great deal for four of us to stay the night. 4 beds, 4 sets of amenities & 2 flip-flops + 4 persons breakfast. The room is luxurious for a tent concept, mini fridge, Netflix, YouTube available, hair dryer available, soap, shampoo & conditioner all from a local herbal brand. What you need to extra understand from this unit is the access to your Willys tent. You have to walk from the parking space where the shuttle will pick & drop us. Ours is room 6, it takes a 500m walk from drop-off with a little bit of a hike, and the path is flat rock so need to be extra careful from slippery. Wear flat, gripped soles - trekking shoes/sandals. Bring your umbrella for it might be raining. Lastly, because it's a tent, it is not soundproof.

I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in early at 12:00 PM. The playground was great. I stayed at Willys, and at 4 PM I had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the pool. Likewise, after dinner, I had to wait a long time for the shuttle to my room, even though there were two parked cars in the lobby (it was still 9 AM). It wasn't stated at check-in that breakfast was in the hall on weekends. I was from the playground, and thinking I was having breakfast in the restaurant, I went back to the front (to the restaurant), but it turned out breakfast was in the hall (which meant I had to go back to the back area). Breakfast in the hall was uncomfortable, with food stalls far from the seating. And the food wasn't very varied for a 4-star hotel/resort. I booked a room for breakfast for 4 people, but there were very few food options for my children. There wasn't even fried rice. After I complained, they told me somehow that fried rice was "available," but I wasn't interested anymore. I could hear conversations from the room next to mine, and maybe vice versa. The room wasn't very soundproof, perhaps because it was a tent, but this could have been addressed by keeping the tents at a distance from each other. This was very uncomfortable. Perhaps I should advise guests to book the shuttle 15 minutes in advance. Although I find it incredibly inefficient and unpleasant to have to wait for that facility on vacation.
