The Cherokee Tent has a nice view and a comfortable place. It's a bit far from the lobby so you have to take a shuttle, but it's quick to get there. I really want to go back next time.

Staying at the Sahara Container, we got a really nice corner room, perfect for two adults and one toddler. The amenities are complete: TV, AC, hairdryer, and water heater all worked well. 👌🏻 The electric kettle's spout was quite dirty, and the curtains and blankets also had old stains. The water went out in the morning, but I immediately called customer service, and they quickly got it back on. But overall, it was okay, and the toiletries were complete. It was a bit noisy in the middle of the night due to the sound of cars coming and going. The Sahara room is close to the resort entrance, lobby, and parking lot. All room types include breakfast, and the menu is very comprehensive. Pastries, pasta, salads, pickles, sweets, food, and Indonesian snacks. A wide selection of drinks is also available. The restaurant is located above the lobby, with a mini playground and views of the swimming pool. The resort is spacious. Besides the swimming pool, there's a jeep track, river, and field. You can see various types of birds, turtles, deer, and monkeys. There are several other facilities under renovation. It's a great place to explore on foot in the morning because it's still cool. Overall, this place was totally worth it! Peaceful, clean, and super kid-friendly. The staff were helpful, the view was beautiful, and our little one had such a great time. Perfect for a short getaway with your loved ones. Definitely recommended for families!

Overall, everything was good, but when we checked in, there was only one receptionist, so we had to wait quite a while. I want to come back here again next time and try the riverside tent.

Please improve staff service, be more proactive in helping guests when they see them confused, don't make them wait to be approached. Please improve the housekeeping system to prevent late check-ins. I only got my room key at 4 a.m. yesterday, and I felt sorry for the cleaning staff running around, as there was a lack of coordination.

Stayed at the Sahara. The room was very comfortable. Very clean. The Wi-Fi was smooth. The internet was fast. But in the middle of the night, I heard what sounded like animal noises. Maybe mice.

The service was good, and the interior of the Cherokee Glamping was nice. The only downside was the long check-in time. The food was a bit salty. But overall, it was pretty good. Rate 7/10

Had a 2 night vacation staying here at Cherokee Tent, it was fun and the facilities were kids friendly… I will stay here again on my next vacation…

everything is fun. super.... want to come back again, another time. the only complaint is the hot water in the bathroom is unstable.

I stayed at Riverside tent. The tent is clean, the view is nice. Suggestion, Lights need to be added outside the tent, also a sink for washing hands needs to be added in each tent. Breakfast is tasty, but for western food there is less variety. When I stayed, the outdoor kids playground was being renovated.

Overall it was quite pleasant even though check in was delayed (registration at 13:00 and only got the room key at 15:30), the water heater didn't work and the bathroom floor was flooded.
