Our housekeeping team was preparing rooms for new arrivals, which may be why you noticed twin beds being cleaned.
We also appreciate your feedback about the toiletries, tissue roll, and dispenser labeling, and we will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure better preparation and clarity for our future guests.
