I got a room on the 6th floor, there is an elevator to the room, so it's nice not to get tired. The room is quite spacious, the window faces out so you can see the view around the hotel, the room is comfortable & clean. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The best in my opinion💖💯

The hotel is clean and the hotel staff is responsive to guests.

The front office service is very good and the room is very comfortable. It's just that the breakfast food is "all cold", maybe the restaurant staff should be more aware and check the food. Because when breakfast the restaurant is often left there is no restaurant staff.

This is what I used to stay on June 1-3, 2025, a newly renovated room. Cool, right? In addition to the price, it is very friendly to the wallet, comfortable. Now there are more changes from the renovated rooms to the elevators which are already good. I always stay at Arinas Hotel, besides the good service. The location is strategic, close to the pharmacy and the price is affordable.

Whenever there is a work activity, and family vacation, I always choose to stay at Hotel Arinas. Besides being close to the shopping center, the service is very satisfying.

hotel in the middle of Lampung city that is recommended for transit in Lampung City, clean rooms and good service. clean. what needs to be improved.. on internet wFi access. so that internet speed is not limited to 2-3 mbps only. thank you.

The AC was dead but was immediately fixed and worked again. But the cigarette smell was so bad that I had to open the window to let the air circulate, huhu.

The environment around the hotel is close to the train station so it is too noisy because of train activity, especially at night, so it really disturbs rest time.
