Wifi is slow even though the phone signal is not good so definitely rely on wifi. Staff is rarely at the reception desk, maybe because of accompanying guests.

A bit far off, not accessible by car, but the kind staff and the facilities are excellent.

Such as a hidden gems in the middle of Ubud, Susana if the morning is very very comfortable, open a direct window clay fields and morning sun. the service from the staff is really good, the breakfast menu is delicious and plenty of it, provided motorcycle and bicycle rental. the road is only passable motor. later we will be picked up in front by the staff. Recommended for honeymoon and saturation of city life. Will be back again.
