Every time I come to Nha Trang for work, I book a room at the Senkotel Hotel. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped; the room rates are reasonable, suitable for many people visiting Nha Trang; the reception staff are attentive, thoughtful, and polite. However, there is a slight drawback: the sink drains a bit slowly (and may get clogged), which is a little inconvenient to use. Overall rating: satisfied with the hotel's quality.

The room smelled a bit damp, the bed sheets seemed to be damp and squeaky, the bathroom smelled a bit, there was a cockroach on the curtains. And the staff was enthusiastic.

First time experiencing a bad hotel. There is a parking space on the app, checked in late and the staff said there was no parking space, went to the parking lot to park, 2km from the hotel, cost nearly 100k to park. The hotel did not support anything. Had to walk from the parking lot to the hotel very far. The alley was very small. The room was stuffy. First time staying at a hotel and had to park outside the parking lot and had to pay a fee.

With the help of the receptionist, I was able to change my room category. However, the room space was a bit smaller than expected, the experience was good.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is right at 64 Tran Phu, only 5 minutes walk to the agarwood tower. Next time I come back to NT, I will continue to stay at Senkotel.
