My staycation here is great. The place is very close with Crystal Bay, easy to get food around, and very clean and tidy. Really worth it!

There is no complimentary water in the room . TV can't be turned on, door is broken, what happen with this hotel. I'm very very very disappointed with this hotel.

This hotel was quite easy to reach from the toya pakeh harbor. Komang was really helpful with all the things we need for the trip she even provide us with a car rental to explore the wonderful nusa penida Hope we can comeback to spend more time at this resort

The place is great with a nice pool. Clean room and really comfortable bed. I love the bathroom as well. 7-10 minutes by motorbike to Crystal Bay Beach.

Cool place. It's a shame not to be able to enjoy the hotel pool because it keeps going. The staff are friendly when they come early morning, thank God, they can check-in immediately when they check out. Easy to find also its location. If you go to Nusa Penida want to stay there again.

Booking with a selection of flight + hotel packages, on the website listed and photos of rooms booked are bungalows. However when we wanted to check in it was said this entry into the homestay room. And it seems that this is not an incident to me alone, many of these related complaints

The place is comfortable, clean service is also nice
