Very friendly staff, the best service

Dua Lipa is so helpful to us while in Sapa. The hotel is really nice and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel when you are in Sapa.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sapa Centre Hotel and would definitely recommend it. Location: The location is excellent and very strategic—only about a one-minute walk to Sun Plaza, making it very convenient to get around Sapa. Room: The room was relatively clean and spacious. The family room comfortably fits up to four adults. The amenities are generally sufficient; although some appliances, such as the refrigerator, did not work optimally, this was not a major issue as the restaurant staff were very helpful and assisted us with whatever we needed. Staff (highlight): This is truly the hotel’s biggest strength. The staff are extremely warm, welcoming, and friendly. Dua Lipa and her team were especially helpful—they assisted us with booking bus tickets to Hanoi and even helped arrange tours and fun activities without any extra charge. Their hospitality made the stay feel very personal and stress-free. Food: The breakfast was very good. They also serve Pho upon request, and the taste is comparable to other notable restaurants in the area. Additional note: For guests arriving early in the morning (for example around 5 AM), the hotel is very helpful and allows luggage storage, which is a big plus. Overall: This hotel is very worth the price and highly recommended. The biggest highlight is definitely the staff—their friendliness and helpfulness truly elevate the entire stay. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is very strategically located right in the heart of Sapa city, close to tourist attractions and coffee shops, making it very convenient to explore the area. The room facilities are complete, and the room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent, especially Mrs. Selena, who was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast menu was quite varied and delicious. The hotel also has a restaurant, which is a great option for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Sapa in the future.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful during check in and check out, and helped carry the suitcases to the limousine.

It was spacious. The location really match the name, on the centre of sapa so you can reach the sun plaza, the church only by walking. The checkin process took a while but the staff is helpful. Even though you cant early check in, they provide free luggage storage 👍🏻 I only hope that the hot water no need a long time to come out.

Strategic location, only 2 minutes walk to Sapa station and only 5 minutes walk to the church. In front of the hotel is an ATM Bank Agri. There is a mini supermarket near the hotel, a cafe is also not far from the hotel. This hotel is very strategic. Arriving at the hotel, it was not time to check in, we were directed by the staff to the bathroom and prepared small towels to just wash our faces. I got a room for three with a bed size of 160 and 100 but I was the only one with my daughter staying here. I didn't try eating here because the staff said it was not halal. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Sapa. The staff named Helena is very kind and helpful and has good English. Thanks Selena I hope can to meet you again 🤗

the receptionist was very helpful, helped find rentals, tickets, etc. just the hotel is a bit dirty, from the outside there are lots of spider webs on the ceiling, it's dark, the toilet windows are also dirty, there are still some trash... the rooms are okay, spacious and there is a choice of rooms with balconies with city views even though they are a bit blocked by the front building. 🤭

The staff is very friendly and we got a free room upgrade.
