Anh chị chủ và nhân viên đều thân thiện. Tuy nhiên không thể cứu lại chất lượng khách sạn được. Phòng được lau chùi khá sạch sẽ tuy nhiên cơ sở vật chất quá cũ kĩ, han gỉ, hỏng hóc cộng với mùi. Với giá 500k/phòng/đêm như niêm yết thì không thể chấp nhận được. Đây không thể nào là khách sạn 3* được. Mình chắc chắn sẽ không bao giờ quay lại.

The room was not like the photos in the ads, it was old and mouldly. The restroom smells so bad I didn't want to get change in the that room. I have a baby so when I recieved the room with such bad convenience like that I was super disappointed.

It is so so so bad experience we have had. We book this hotel because it is located near from Hoan Kiem lake. We think that may be it is not modern but clean. But it is not like that anymore. The room is too dirty, wet, terrible smell. We booked this hotel several days before we travel to Hanoi. The time for checking in is 12, but when we come to the hotel at 7pm, they gave us a dirty room. The room have not cleaned from the previous client. When we told them about that, they asked us to wait for at least 30' for cleaning room. They told us that the maids forgot cleaning it and didn't have any word for sorry us. And absolutely, we never never never come back. Terrible. Awful.

The staff is friendly and the location is at the center of Hanoi. However, the room's quality is so bad. It is extremely old and it ruins. The smell is not good as well.

I was informed that the room I booked had a broken water line the morning before I checked in, so I was changed to another similar hotel, told it was 4 stars, but I got a new room in Golden Sail, quite disappointed because the room here is too small. and the toilet is not tight so it's not very comfortable.
