The hotel's location is quite strategic and easily accessible. All the staff I encountered were friendly, polite, and readily available when needed. The overall cleanliness of the hotel area was well-maintained, and the rooms were still comfortable. However, there were a few things I felt needed attention. The toilet in my room was clogged, the bathroom mirror appeared unclean, and an unpleasant odor sometimes lingered even after flushing. Perhaps the hotel could consider using air fresheners or better air circulation in the bathroom. Furthermore, I understand that cellular network quality in the Puncak area is not always stable. However, unfortunately, the hotel's Wi-Fi connection was also inadequate, making it quite difficult for guests to access the internet. I hope the Wi-Fi quality can be improved to make it more comfortable to use. Regarding the complimentary potato, perhaps the presentation could also be improved to create a better impression for guests. Overall, I think this hotel is quite good, not exceptional, but not bad either. The service is friendly and polite. However, I did feel a little underwhelmed when communicating with the receptionist because there was no eye contact. While the response was polite, the interaction felt impersonal and made me feel a little undervalued as a guest. Despite these shortcomings, my overall experience was quite good.

Wow, I didn't expect this, it was my first time staying in a hotel. We were given a souvenir keychain upon check-out, and our car was washed upon check-in. We also got a free snack, French fries. Affordable accommodation with excellent facilities and service. It looks like it'll be a favorite hotel for those planning a trip to Puncak.
