The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is varied.

This is my second time staying here. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful like usual but for now the room seemed neglected. The AC was difficult to turn on, the electricity suddenly went out in the early hours of the morning, the room's MCB sparked, and the shower handle kept coming off. Good service, The receptionist and hotel staff were quick to help but still the room was terrible. For this stay experience, I was disappointed about the room:(

Check-in and check-out were quick. It was just that when I arrived, sleepy and in the early hours, I was confused about finding the lobby and getting to the back parking lot.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk to Pekalongan's town square. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The food might not be to my taste, but there's a wide variety of options.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer, and my manager's room had run out of soap and when I looked inside the bottle, it was black like mold.

It was very comfortable and my first time staying here. Highly recommended for a central location at a good price. The facilities and service are also excellent.

Stayed here for two nights, the room was comfortable, not scary, clean, the service was very good, all the facilities could be used comfortably, and each room is equipped with prayer equipment.
