Booked a deluxe 2 room but the AC wasn't cold at all

Minimal features/facilities. There's only one power outlet, and it's far from the bed.

Friendly staff and close to city center

I like staying at the Grand Mansion because the location is strategic, the rooms are spacious and clean, but the towels don't absorb water and I happened to get a room in the corner so the signal was a bit disturbed.
