I stayed here twice for 1 night each before/after a trip to the Derawan Islands, which was perfect given the hotel is within a 15-minute walk to the ferry jetty and they provide a shuttle to the airport. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff very kind and helpful. The only downside is the incredibly loud restaurant area as music is played loudly all the time - not a very relaxing atmosphere.

Great breakfast. On the upper floor and outdoor, you can see the Segah River.

It is near to everywhere in terms of Berau. And a recommendation for Berau stay.

We stayed twice in this hotel. It was a good start and end of our journey to Maratua with a clean room and very good breakfast options.

Strategic, comfortable, clean, delicious food.

I found a staple in my Swiss roll at breakfast and handed it to a waitress. It was really dangerous and the worst experience I've ever had! The hotel staff were very friendly and recommended a massage parlor we should visit, even offering to take us there. We were extremely grateful! (And then, I handed it to a waitress.)

Always satisfied with the hotel service, from arrival to departure. Complete facilities, friendly staff, clean restrooms, everything is great. The breakfast is delicious. 🥰

It was a pleasure staying here with my family. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. From check-in to breakfast, relaxing in the massage chair, and checking out. The service is very good and the staff is friendly

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the rooms need some maintenance. I stayed in room 606 twice, but there was white mold on the ceiling above the window and the AC was noisy, which disturbed my sleep. Hopefully, this will be reviewed. So far, it's recommended for its strategic location, close to a minimarket, pizza, KFC, and a cafe right in front.
