I booked the wrong date because I mixed up the calendar app, so I booked for one week later. The time I arrived at the hotel, the front desk tried to help me but couldn't do anything, so I just threw away money to the app. Never using this app again. Thanks, hotel, anyway for trying to help.

The check-in process was extremely slow. The paperwork was very complicated and took almost half an hour. Normally, check-in should just be a matter of ticking the card, but this was incredibly delayed.
