Location is ok, close to everywhere. It's just that the road in front is often congested and there is no parking lot

Very disappointed with the staff who made a fuss, couldn't talk properly, how come I was only 1 hour late checking out because there was an obstacle on the road, when I returned to the room the key was blocked and had to be paid again in full 24 hours to get the items in the room, not given the slightest leeway, where the room and bathroom STINK, the AC was not cold, the towels were exactly like mops, I will not stay there again.
