I stayed for 3 days in the Premier Deluxe room
I paid the room fee in full, but the receptionist called me down and said I hadn't paid yet?
It's really unprofessional, insulting the honor of the customer, no money, no payment, why would someone come to stay
Secondly, renting a car, giving the customer the number of the person renting the car and telling them to call themselves, the person bringing the car said 100k a day

Then the hotel took 150k a day while I was the one calling the person renting the car and saying 100k
