the service is very good, the cleanliness of the room environment is maintained. the environmental conditions are very suitable for family vacations, for advice the cleanliness of the pool is a bit lacking & for breakfast IF it can be included. so that in the morning you don't have to look for breakfast, 👍😍🥰

For the hotel area and view, it's really great, only the room toilet is not very clean hehehe, but overall it's cool, especially the hot water pool is really cozy.

Yesterday I came here with my extended family, where the food stock had to be ready so we wouldn't buy snacks. The hotel allowed us to bring a portable stove, we had chatted with the hotel beforehand. Alhamdulillah

All the staff are friendly, including the security, the environment is family friendly, especially for children, you can get a view of the mountains and cool, fresh air

One room with 2 queen beds. Staying 2 adults and 3 kids. Location, view, and weather are great. Warm pool inside the hotel is OK but needs maintenance. The hotel restaurant is closed during the weekday, but there are people selling food outside the hotel. The taste is great and not pricey. Not many food options but enough for us. Near Drajat Pass by 3 minutes walk for other options if we want to go to the warm pool outside the hotel.

For a comfortable place, cool atmosphere, best view, clean room. Minus: in the location there are many flies (disturbing visitors who stay) Road access is a bit uphill but still safe. Clean swimming pool

Too bad the water in the bathroom is cold. I even had to make warm water to take a bath because I brought a small child. The pool water is also not very warm. Too bad because the view is okay.

The view is really good, beautiful, especially at night. The warm water pool is delicious and makes you feel comfortable soaking. Only the bathroom wasn't clean, and I happened to get a room where the TV wasn't connected to the internet, but overall it was comfortable. Great, improve service and cleanliness so it's even cooler👍

Friendly staff, 24 hour parking attendant, safety (children's slide) and pool cleanliness need to be improved.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the view is good, the bathroom smells really bad, the hallways are really dirty, don't mop them, there are lots of flies because it's near the garbage disposal, it shouldn't be stored and the trash should be closed in a special place so that it can't be seen by guests, especially in the hallway near the top VIP room.
