I happened to stop by and use the hotel's services while on a business trip. Although it's been around for many years, it's still very neat and clean. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast buffet doesn't have too many options, but each dish tastes quite good. It's a good choice in the price range of around 1 million VND.

I arrived in the evening, but the hotel had all the rooms ready. The family room was spacious, with a nice window view, close to Vinh market, but there was also a small market opposite with many breakfast options. The rooms I booked included a triple room and a double room, but they only gave me four meal vouchers. My intention was to book the family room and double room so the children would have ample space and to purchase meals for them, but the vouchers only charged the adults, which was annoying. Later that morning, they claimed I didn't have enough vouchers, even though the number of meals allocated for the room type was sufficient for three adults and two children.

The room is quite spacious, reasonably priced, and located right in the city center.

The hotel looks big but is a bit messy. The wardrobe smells musty. The receptionist is not very friendly. Breakfast is not good, no refill when it runs out.

The hotel staff were enthusiastic. They supported me because the room was a little leaky due to the storm. The purpose of staying was only one night, but when I requested to stay another night, the staff helped me with the procedures very quickly. This time, it rained a lot in Vinh, so the humidity in the room was a bit high and a bit tiring. The wooden floor was also a bit wet. I hope the hotel can soon handle these problems.

After reading some other comments, I was quite confused. But when I got there, I felt quite okay and satisfied with the hotel service.

The hotel is right in the center. I went with 3 adults and 1 child in a room with 3 single beds. The room was spacious and fully equipped with basic amenities and utensils. The bathroom was spacious, clean and airy. The room was cleaned regularly and cleanly. The staff responded quickly to requests. Good price compared to the quality.

This time the hotel arranged a smaller room than last time, a bit older than before. Otherwise, the room was clean, okay, and the staff was enthusiastic in supporting guests.

Clean, nice room, ceiling mounted air conditioner cools quickly. Overall nothing to complain about. Good location

Everything is at 8/10 except that when I checked in, the hotel couldn't find my booking. After about 1 hour of waiting and calling, the hotel arranged another room for me. The hotel's room control and booking system is very problematic.

Phòng cũ xuống cấp so với các khách sạn 3* khác. Có dán con (tiểu cường) xuất hiện 2 lần, 1 lần ở tay nắm cửa khi mới nhận phòng đóng cửa lại, 1 lần nữa ở bồn rửa mặt bò trên các dụng cụ bàn chải, không có túi đựng đồ dơ như tiêu chuẩn 3*. Đồ ăn sáng sơ sài không phong phú so với tiêu chuẩn. Nếu có lần sau sẽ không ở khách sạn này.

Nước tắm nóng quá ít. Tắm rất lạnh.

Nhân viên lễ tân khách sạn làm việc mà không tập trung, không có 1 sự giao ca rõ ràng. Mình đặt phòng cho người thân 2 đêm ở tại khách sạn ngày 12 và 13/1, lúc mình báo lễ tân, mình có hỏi là có cần chị đặt cọc phòng hay gì không e thì lễ tân trả lời là không ( mình có cho tên người nhận phòng kèm sđt). Đến khi người thân mình đến nhận phòng thì lại bảo là không tìm thấy booking mình đã đặt, không tìm thấy tên cũng như là sđt. Đề nghị ban quản lý khách sạn lưu ý đến vấn đề này để không làm ảnh hưởng đến thời gian cũng như công việc của khách hàng. Rất là không hài lòng!
