Just a small suggestion. Yesterday, I was on the 7th floor. I'd like to add some fragrance to the corridors to make them more comfortable. The room also lacked a bit of fragrance when I first entered. Overall, everything was good. Breakfast was also quite varied. Hopefully, Gets Hotel will continue to improve.

Entering the room, we were immediately greeted by a pungent musty smell. The hotel is only 10 years old but lacks maintenance. The furniture is made of old wood with lots of small gaps, causing ants to constantly appear everywhere. We stayed here for 3 nights, and it was really uncomfortable because of the musty smell and the ant problem. We complained and the staff came to clean it, but not long after, the ants were still visible walking on the tables and shelves. The second day, we were forced to buy our own air freshener because we felt that complaining was useless. It was truly an unpleasant experience. On our last night, we put a pizza box on the dresser, deliberately covering it with a paper bag, hoping the ants wouldn't come. The next morning, the pizza box was covered in hundreds of ants. It was horrible. The elevator was hot, there was no air conditioning, the room's air conditioning smelled musty, the towels were gray, the room was full of ants... it seemed like this hotel was not worthy of being a 4-star hotel. The only advantage of this hotel is its strategic location.

First: Check-in (early check-in possible) but given a smoking room without notice even though I'd requested a non-smoking room. Second: When I was about to rest, there was a water leak in the room's AC unit. The water was leaking heavily from the light in front of the toilet. The handling took a long time and there was no follow-up on the progress. We felt like we were being ignored. We had to call the front desk three times before we heard anything about the progress. Third: There were plenty of breakfast options, but the chef didn't seem to be making any effort to cook. Sorry, it was tasteless, and the fish fillets were fishy.
