Unlimited mineral water is provided. The bathroom, room, and bed are quite clean, but the position of the AC directly facing the bed is a bit uncomfortable. Even when adjusted downwards, it can still affect the person sleeping next to it. (Maybe only for my family 😬)

We stayed for a couple of nights here. Outside the hotel, there are some great local restaurants like 5 Sisters with really good local food. Easy access to Icon Siam mall where you can take a water taxi ride to train stations and to Chinatown or Asiatique. Overall, clean room and good location.

Super clean room and building, the service is excellent and the price is reasonable. First time booking this but it is weigh better than our expectation. Highly recommended!

Soft bed, good bathroom, limited parking space. The room has no view, but overall is clean. When returning to the room at 11.30, the key card is cut and can't enter the room. have to come down and do it again

The hotel has a good location (walking distance to seven eleven and a variety of great restaurants), and the rooms are well maintained. We were also able to store our luggage before checking in, and avail affordable airport transfers from the hotel. The price was right. Although it does not have breakfast facility, you can go to the adjacent Ibis for a reasonably priced buffet breakfast. Our rooms also didn't have that good of a view. And they were reluctant to give any extra water bottles outside the two we received every day (which was an exception in our entire tour). All in all, I will give them 8/10 rating :)

It's been 3 times to Bangkok, always staying at naga residence. clean rooms, near asiatique, to the outside of the hotel already a lot of those selling cheap food, near the market too. Also close. just want to pratunam need to take around 200 bath not including tolls. but always like staying here. far from noise.

The hotel looks very new, the room is very clean and comfortable. Even more beautiful in pictures. Staff are very friendly and attentive. However, the location is a bit far from BTS if you want to experience it yourself.

The location is close to everywhere, I booked a family room, 1 room with 2 rooms, for 4 people. There is only 1 bathroom. The place is comfortable and clean, only the lack of it in the room no toothpaste and brush your teeth, no physical problems, so you can bring it from home.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the city. but for the hotel room, it's very clean. Also friendly staff staff here. Near the hotel are also many eating places. It tastes good too.

Very friendly staff service, clean rooms, every heart cleaned, drinks available and snacks available 24 hours in the lobby. Fast check-in and check-out process. I missed my jacket at check-out, the receptionist was very helpful by storing my jacket and then helped send to the hotel where my friend happened to be in Bangkok. Really very satisfying. Around the hotel there are many food vendors from morning to night. Unfortunately to get to the BTS or river is a bit far. About 10-15 minutes on foot, so if you take a walk all day, going home using BTS will be very tiring to walk again to the hotel.
