Friendly hotel staff service and beautiful hotel view

Not a very good start at all. We arrived and our room was not available but we had paid in full, they blamed Traveloka for taking booking after booking was closed. We came next day to check in and room wasn't ready after 2 hours. Room was poorly lit due to 2 missing light bulbs, we notified staff but nothing happened. Most interesting, we don't even get towels, staff said it's in the laundry, we had to purchased our own towels at nearby mall. Surrounding area has lots of trees which had not been trimmed thus blocking the sea view.

The breakfast is good, the AC is cold, but there is no warm water. Maybe because it's a beach hotel so the weather is not cold ;) The hotel is a bit old but comfortable, the view of the sea & sky at night is the best.

The room has just been renovated, in my opinion it has not been prepared properly, it is still dirty, there are no clothesline hangers in the bathroom, there is no trash can, the ceiling in the bathroom is still a partial hole, there are still used masks not thrown away, when delivered to the hotel it was immediately given compensation for snacks 👍 But the hotel atmosphere is nice and comfortable, recommended.

The place is comfortable, the deluxe rooms are very spacious. And the view of the beach in front of the hotel is very beautiful and very good for swimming.

For guests from outside the area required to stay here, I recommend 100% mandatory.

For a standard room there is no TV, remote AC is not provided in the room if you want to raise the temperature you have to call the receptionist.

I will not return to this hotel again. Room lots of ants. And when checking out the receptionist was not there even though I deposited money, even though I had an early flight. Enough and will not be repeated again to the hotel Nirvana.

NO sink glass, no room amenities, etc.

It''s close to beach and diving spot yet its too far from central activity (market, ATM)

Standard room please have tv and mirror facilities, hot water, tea making facilities and cleanliness please make me feel comfort come back again to nirvana beach hotel. Kamar

The view is good, still potential to be developed, if there is a direct path to the sea, would have been more fun.

The place is too dark in the evenings, there are some problems in the guest room, windows that can be opened from the outside, the cleanliness is not well maintained in the room and restaurant, no access to the beach, because the facilities are not repaired, the stairs to the beach collapsed. very unfortunate with the price is not cheap but have many shortcomings
