Since you booked when the hotel was almost closing at 12 midnight, it is reasonable for us to contact you to remind you of the maximum time limit that we can accommodate as stated in the application at 12 midnight. We have the right to refuse accommodation outside of operating hours. You arrived past the time limit, we still accommodate.
