The security was friendly and helpful, but the F&B staff lacked initiative in responding to guest requests for breakfast. I booked a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future.

A pretty good choice for the Medan-Aceh VV during this disaster. To shop for necessities at the post, just turn left (city), and to go to the post, just turn right (toll). It's centrally located. However, hopefully, the breakfast quality and taste can be improved. The staff are friendly, from the receptionist to the security guard.

I booked two rooms of the same type (Executive), there are some differences between the two types. If possible, the contents could be the same (one room did not have coffee and tea), overall everything is good.
