The staff is all friendly, and the location is strategic, close to the center of activity and tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is also addictive. The breakfast is quite varied and delicious. It might be worth considering next time you're on vacation.

This is my third stay here and it's truly become a family favorite. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is comfortable, book a room with a balcony, the mountain view is really beautiful in the morning, and the lights are beautiful at night. The room amenities are very complete, and the price is also very reasonable for the facilities. Very close to Lippo Batu, just walking distance. It's also very close to good places to eat, everywhere is fine. The hotel food is delicious, varied and suits my child's taste. There is a super clean swimming pool, the hotel staff is very helpful, there is an outdoor playground near the pool which is relaxing, the indoor playground is also good if just for the kids to relax so they don't get bored. I definitely always stay here when I go to Malang or Batu.

It's a shame that the bathroom water is small and not very big, the sink water takes a long time to drain and is a bit clogged, overall everything else is okay.

Had trouble with the wrong booking date. The front desk staff was very helpful, allowing me to change the date and avoid cancellation.
