From the security staff in the parking area, to the receptionist, concierge, and staff in the dining area and housekeeping, everyone always greets guests with a friendly welcome and provides excellent service. 5/5 3. Facilities: One of the most appealing features of the rooms is the balcony, which also has a table and chairs. It's a great way to enjoy the morning, afternoon, and evening breezes. The cool stone air combined with the view of the mountains and the building lights at night makes for a pleasant stay. The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. The AC is cool, and the bathroom is okay. The shower, sink, and toilet and hot water are all working well. You can also enjoy the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and the gym, all of which are very comfortable. 5/5 4. Food & Beverage: The breakfast menu is quite varied, with a wide selection of light meals, main courses, snacks, and drinks, all of which are delicious. In fact, we could linger over breakfast to enjoy all the dishes. 5/5 5. Check-in/out: The check-in and check-out process was quite fast. We weren't made to wait too long. A 50,000 IDR deposit was required, which was refunded upon check-out. 5/5 Overall, my stay at Samara with my small family of four was very comfortable, a pleasant experience, and we didn't disappoint. If asked if we would stay again, if we had the time and the opportunity, we would say "SURE."

It's fun, the staff are friendly, the pool attendants are also responsive when we need towels and they offer them straight away, the food tastes delicious, it's worth it and very comfortable, the rooms are spacious.
